About me

Hi, I am Sophie, a Belgian photographer and photojournalist.

After studying forest engineering and working for several years in the sector at Belgian and European level, I decided to dedicate more time to my passion for photography. In 2023, I joined Hans Lucas Agency and follows the “Transmission” program to develop my skills in photojournalism and reportage. My work focuses on social and environmental issues in a changing society.
I am also very interested in craftmanship and traditions, that I explore through my projects and portraits, questioning the contemporary changes affecting them.
